
Our Quality Policy
OBJECTIVE: This procedure aims to provide guidance for EUROBANO employees and business partners by reflecting the principles adopted by the company regarding Human Rights. This policy has been prepared based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations (UN) Global Compact, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Core ILO Conventions, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and national laws. It aligns with our Social Compliance Policy, which includes ethical principles and behavioral standards in the workplace for employees and all business partners.
SCOPE: This policy applies to all businesses within our company, including suppliers and dealers, as well as all institutions and organizations with which the company has business relationships ("business partners"). Our company encourages business partners to implement the principles outlined in this policy and to adopt similar policies.
RESPONSIBLE PARTIES: The implementation of this policy is the responsibility of the Senior Management and the Human Resources Manager of our company. They are responsible for establishing and operating notification, investigation, and sanction mechanisms in case of non-compliance with the rules and regulations in the Human Rights Policy.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Social Compliance Policy and Code of Conduct: Our company conducts its operations with respect for human rights at all workplaces. The company strives to provide an international standard, human rights-respecting work environment where employees can develop themselves, freely express their opinions, and are not subjected to discrimination. To ensure this environment, our company has prepared a Social Compliance Policy.
EUROBANO is aware of the changing world needs and the evolving/transformed production understanding globally. In this context, the company recognizes its social responsibilities in addition to product quality and acts accordingly.
While forming our company's Social Responsibility Policy and Principles:
- The Constitution of the Republic of Turkey,
- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
- The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Convention on the Rights of the Child,
- The ILO Conventions to which our country is a party,
- The UN Principles on Business and Human Rights,
- The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises,
- The AMFORI BSCI Code of Conduct requirements were utilized.
Our basic principles in Social Responsibility practices are:
- We employ and remunerate employees, provide social benefits, and promote them based on their ability to do the job, regardless of religion, race, color, language, ethnic origin, political opinion, marital status, age, pregnancy, disability, or gender. In this context, we inform all stakeholders that discrimination is not tolerated in our company and supply chain.
- We recognize and respect our employees' rights to unionize and collective bargaining. In this regard, we support the presence of employee representatives in our company.
- We consider current laws and obligations and voluntary basis in overtime when determining working hours.
- We pay normal and overtime wages according to legal requirements.
- We base remuneration on merit and living conditions.
- It is one of our fundamental principles to respect the personality and dignity of every employee, not to impose corporate punishment, and not to tolerate verbal, physical, or psychological harassment, violence, or coercion.
- Ensuring the participation of employees in strategic and technical decisions and providing equal opportunities among our employees form the backbone of our human resources approach.
- Child labor is strictly not tolerated in our company and our stakeholders, and protected work is applied for young workers.
- Occupational health and safety is a fundamental priority of our company, and improving the working conditions of all employees and preventing unsafe work is our priority.
- We materialize our perspective on the climate crisis and our sensitivity to the environment by fulfilling all legal requirements and raising awareness among our employees through meetings.
- We inform all our employees and stakeholders that we will never tolerate corruption and bribery.
- In our company, female personnel are employed to ensure gender equality and women's empowerment, and the content of our social compliance training is arranged to raise awareness about gender equality for all employees.
DETECTION, REPORTING, AND RESOLUTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS
Detection and Reporting: Violations of all ethical values related to human rights in our company, especially the "Social Compliance Policy":
- Can be detected by the responsible parties,
- Can be verbally or in writing reported by employees within the scope of the Complaint Procedure,
- Can be directly or through our website or email communicated to our company by suppliers or stakeholders.
It should be noted that slander or unfounded allegations are also considered a disciplinary offense and announced by our company.
Resolution of Violations: Violations are substantiated with records or witnesses, written notification is provided to the parties, and a defense is requested to be discussed in the Disciplinary Committee. After clarifying the violation, the disciplinary process is carried out according to the Disciplinary Procedure or national laws. Corrective action is planned following the determination of violations, and it is followed up by the Management Representative and the Human Resources Manager.
RULES:
- No retaliation or counteraction will be taken against any employee who reports concerns under this policy.
- Our company allocates a financial budget if necessary for ensuring a human rights-compliant working environment and corrective actions.

Our Environmental Policy
Eurobano considers societal benefit and respect for the environment in all its activities. The company makes maximum effort to raise awareness about environmental issues among its employees, investors, and the general public. Eurobano Employees act with a consciousness of being good citizens and are sensitive to social issues.
In this sense, conducting our activities in an environmentally friendly manner and leaving a livable environment for future generations is the foundation of our policy.

- Comply with all Environmental legislation with our activities and services,
- Apply international environmental standards considering country and company conditions,

- Regularly monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the performance of the environmental management system.
